WHY SILICONE?

Sometimes your baby will need an extra helping hand during feeding. The NURTURE silicone feed assist feeding bottles enable you to squeeze the base gently to release the milk flow. are a safe option for your baby.  Silicone is the perfect material for a baby’s bottle and one of the softest materials available.  Naturally free from nasty chemicals such as BPA, Latex and Phthalates, silicone is highly temperature resistant, so it is safe to clean in a dishwasher, a steriliser and can be boiled in water.

Vital Baby are proud to work alongside the charity CLEFT (www.cleft.org.uk) which supports families with babies born with cleft lip or palate in several low resource countries.  Our silicone feed assist feeding bottle provides the benefit of being able to “squeeze” milk through the teat when the baby is unable to suck or feed normally due to the complications of a cleft lip or palate, enabling an easier and more relaxed feeding time for both baby and parents, and ultimately reduces the need for tube feeding.
